Who can attend Online Summer Seminar?

Online Summer Seminar is available for Christian school administrators and teachers.

Would this be beneficial for a school that uses multiple curricula, rather than just Abeka?

When is the latest I can register?

Since the Seminar begins on July 21, register by Monday, July 20, at 8 a.m. CT to ensure a timely arrival of your login information.

How do we notify you of changes, cancellations, or additions?

Do I qualify for the free AbekaGift scholarship? How do I take advantage of it?

Yes! All Online Summer Seminar delegates qualify. The AbekaGift scholarship is a special contribution Abeka is offering to administrators and teachers and is applied automatically when you register.

May two of our teachers share the same email address?

Because each attendee receives contact hours, each teacher/administrator must register with a unique email address.

Can we watch the Seminar together as a group?

In order to receive your contact hours, it is necessary to log in with your own email address and watch each video from your own account. For every session completed, you will receive one contact hour. You may earn up to 20 contact hours. Our advanced software will track the time watched per session.

When does the Online Summer Seminar start?

The Seminar will begin Tuesday, July 21, at 8 a.m. CT. You'll gain access to new videos every day from July 21–24. This four-day rollout helps you progress step-by-step, stay engaged with your fellow educators, and get the most out of each session without feeling rushed.

How long are each of the sessions?

Sessions average 50 minutes.

How do I watch the Seminar?

On Monday, July 20, an email will be sent to those who are registered with a link to download the Abeka Events App. The link will take you to the EventMobi site and prompt you to enter the email you used to register and ask you to choose a password. The videos will start at 8 a.m. CT on July 21, and new videos will be available every day from July 21–24.

How should I be prepared?

You may also view fresh content by attending sessions for other tracks that you haven’t seen previously.

Are the sessions recorded or interactive?

Yes, all of the sessions will be recorded.

Can I watch or rewatch the sessions at a later time or date?

Yes! Although sessions must be watched by August 31, 2026, to earn contact hour credit, they will be available to all registered attendees to watch until November 1, 2026. You are welcome to watch or rewatch at a date and time convenient for you.

How do you track that we watch the sessions?
